How to read this
Source. Holding data comes from large-shareholding reports (大量保有報告書) and change reports (変更報告書) filed to the FSA's EDINET system. The nine investor cards are a curated, editable list; the feed below them is the full, TSE-wide set of new 5% reports from any filer. Original disclosures are filed in Japanese; linked viewer pages are Japanese-only.
What “qualifying” means. Cards highlight new 5% reports, increases of one percentage point or more, and decreases of one percentage point or more (including crossings back below 5%). Smaller amendments are kept for audit but not surfaced. “Group total” holdings (a lead filer plus co-holders) are noted where the per-entity figure differs.
Summaries are automated and intentionally neutral — they restate what each filing discloses and do not infer intent. Always refer to the original Japanese filing for authoritative information. This is not investment advice.
