AI scope
- AI use is discussed and scoped case by case before work begins.
- Any AI-assisted workflow remains subject to the agreed confidentiality controls, retention period, and human review.
- Clients can flag information-handling restrictions or approval requirements at the inquiry stage.
Confidentiality controls
- Access to non-public information is limited to required personnel.
- For each assignment, we define scope, purpose, and responsible parties.
NDA workflow
- When needed, we sign an NDA before receiving materials (our template or yours).
Data retention
- Default retention is 90 days after delivery. Non-public information is used only for assignment delivery.

Q. Do you always use AI?
AI use depends on the assignment scope, client requirements, and agreed information-handling controls. Final deliverables are reviewed by a human.
Q. Do we need to send files before NDA?
No. You can share materials after NDA signing when required.
