NDA & MNPI
Set the conditions before materials arrive.
We can execute an NDA before receiving documents, using either party's form. Unpublished information is used only for the agreed work, with the materials, purpose, and responsible person clearly defined.
- Access to unpublished information is restricted to assigned personnel
- Meeting content is not shared beyond the engagement team
- Any case example is anonymized and does not identify the company
Data retention
90 days after delivery, as a rule
Our standard retention period is 90 days after delivery. Nonpublic information and contact details are used only as required for the engagement.

- Any different retention or deletion requirement is agreed before work begins
- When prior translations or glossaries are retained, the scope and purpose are documented
