Accurate English doesn't decide whether the investment case is actually present, in the right order, with the right emphasis. Most failures we see are not translation failures — they are structural failures of communication. Diagnosis fixes the structure first.
Reviews check whether your English reads well. The diagnostic checks whether your investment case reaches a foreign investor — what they walk away with vs. what you intended to say. Different question, different lens.
Light is a one-time diagnostic (¥200,000). Standard rolls the diagnostic into the quarterly cycle (¥100,000 / month). Pro adds investor-meeting prep and in-room interpretation (¥200,000 / month). Most companies start with Light and decide from there.
All work is delivered directly by the founder. No external subcontractors. NDA-ready before any materials are shared. The diagnostic is built for internal IR / CFO / corporate-planning use only.
Inquiry → free 30-minute call → NDA → materials received → diagnostic drafted (typically 2–3 weeks) → 60-minute internal walkthrough → optional implementation path. If a meeting is approaching we sequence backwards from that date.
Not from this site. Translation and interpretation are offered only as implementation layers inside a diagnostic engagement.
