We read the latest results, prior disclosure, and the documents to be used in the meeting. Anticipated Q&A and terminology lists can also be reviewed where available.

We interpret the conversation consecutively, allowing each side to speak in manageable sections and paying attention to both the substance and nuance of the exchange.

If requested, we organize the main questions that came up and points that may merit clearer explanation in future meetings or disclosure.
