Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum term?
Six months (two quarters). One quarter is not enough for the communication changes to take hold, so we recommend at least two cycles.
Which companies is this for?
Listed companies with meaningful overseas ownership, or planning to build overseas-investor reach. Market segment does not matter.
Can we start with a single translation or meeting instead?
Yes. No retainer required — start with one tanshin or one meeting and judge the quality first.
Can we take just the diagnosis first?
Yes. Light (initial diagnosis) is the entry point; decide on continuation after seeing the results.
